Love this computer, it works great and plays every game we've thrown at is so far very smoothly.It even plays Ark: Survival Evolved very smoothly.The design is cool, and the growl lights look great when you go into turbo mode.So far the only problem I have encountered is that the computer will sometimes reset if you turn on turbo mode using the actual button, instead of using the predator sense feature.It usually only does this if you are already playing a game, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.The steel series keyboard and mouse that come with it are awesome.It also comes with deactivated HDMI ports, which is strange and another thing I didn't really like, but for me personally this wasn't really a problem.

I'm sure this would be a great computer if it actually worked properly, and i'm very disappointed with the customer service and support I've gotten.From day one the computer would shut itself down anytime the it was left idle for even a short time (as in 3-5 minutes).Apparently it has a bad power supply, but the only way for us to get it replaced is to mail the computer to them.So...not only am I spending the money on a suitable container and shipping costs (which, I live in Alaska so this would be pretty expensive), but I'm now out a computer for however many weeks it will take for the ship and repair time.I would at least expect to be sent a prepaid shipping box so that I wouldn't be out of pocket for those costs.I don't see the use of a warrantee if I have to spend yet more money for a faulty product.It would be cheaper for me to just buy a new power supply online to install myself.I won't be buying this brand again.

 Time for an upgrade from my aging old HP Media Center from 2007 which wouldn't boot reliably..Incredibly fast machine for someone who's going to mostly run Quicken ;-)I just wanted something that wasn't going to be obsolete in a few years.Contrary to what others posted, I found the inside cabling rather organized when I installed my TV card. Keyboard is lighted and full of macros to load popular apps quickly.(I used wireless mouse so can't comment on the mouse included).Nice quality case with cool red LED lighting when you fire up the "Growler" mode..

My only complaints are:
1. Absolutely no documentation on the system exist. The support website links to a model which isn't even close.Nothing on how to access the DVD Drive, Front-loading Storage (which I didn't even know was a feature), headset hanger or even how to open the case (The latter you CAN find on the website).
2. 128GB SSD drive is great for running the OS however be careful you don't fill it up.When adding applications not ALL give you the option to select the D:\DATA drive.Some apps just install to C: which can fill up this drive quickly. The 256GB SSD was another $400 and just not worth it.I'll upgrade it later.
3. Only 2 slots available (due to graphics card) which is rather limiting
4. The PredatorSense App allows you to manually set the CPU overclocking and fan speed.Not really a big issue, but when you fire up both fans to full speed, it sounds like a jet engine taking off ;-)Watch the video.

Then less then 2 weeks after getting it back it turns on and the alarm sounds nothing seems to work to fix it. Now I guess I'll have to send it back again. For another 200 in shipping and 4 more weeks of repairs.
